What suburbs do you cater in?

All of Melbourne, and some regional areas. If you are unsure, just contact us for more info.

Can you cater for venues?

Yes. If you have arranged a venue, we can provide the food.

Do you cater for children’s parties?

We sure do. But we specialise in corporate CBD functions, tertiary and other educational institutes, as well as hospitals.

What is the minimum number of people you cater for?

We do not have a minimum guest number however minimum delivery charges apply.

Can we supply our own alcohol and other beverages?

Yes, you are welcome to supply your beverages.

Can Ecco Hospitality provide staff for my event?

Yes. Ecco Hospitality is extremely flexible and we are happy to deliver food or to remain and serve it for you.  All our staff are fully insured and covered by workers compensation, as well as being RSA certified where appropriate.   

I don’t require a chef or service staff, just food. Can you do that?

Yes, we are happy to deliver the food and leave you to serve it.

Can I change items on the menu or make special requests?

Yes. We are happy to vary the fillings of sandwiches, wraps, quiches etc. and we also cater for dietary restrictions.

How do I pay for my event?

Our online ordering system (Click Here)  allows you to order instantly using your credit card and your card is only charged upon delivery of our catering service. Alternatively if that doesn’t suit you, please email us your requirements and we will accommodate your needs.

How do I place my order?

You can place your order online, or you can talk to one of our experienced catering consultants to ensure that you are ordering appropriate quantities.

How can I change my order?

You can change your order using your login via our online ordering system. Alternatively you can email us direct with your order number, and we can make the change for you.

 

How do I know if you have received my catering order and if it will be delivered on time?

Whether you order online or by phone you will receive an email order confirmation specifying the date of your event, the time of your delivery, and the items you have ordered.

What are your business hours?

Our office is open Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm. But we cater 7 days a week across Melbourne.

Where is the food I have ordered prepared?

All our food is prepared in our state-of-the-art facility in Fitzroy.

Who can offer me advice on portion size, menu choices and pricing?

Do you cater for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free &/or dairy-free?

Yes. Just let us know when you order.

How will my order arrive? Do I need to arrange platters to serve the food?

No. Your food will arrive ready to serve immediately.
